Protect your Identity with IDFreeze from TrustedID. A "Stolen Identity Event" is the theft or Your personal identification, social security number, or other information that would allow a third party to identify You, which has or could reasonably result in the wrongful use of such information in a manner that may affect your credit, including, but not limited to, Stolen Identity Events occurring on or arising out of Your use of the Internet. A Stolen Identity Event does not include the theft or unauthorized or illegal use of Your business name, d/b/a or any other method of identifying Your business activity. TrustedID warrants to you, the registered customer of IDFreeze ("You" or "Your"), that the service that you receive from TrustedID under your subscription ("Service") will perform substantially in accordance with any written specifications provided to You by TrustedID during the entire term of Your subscription.
